The following Official Rules (the "Rules") govern the December Kaestle 2018 giveaway (the "Giveaway") sponsored by Qupid Inc., a corporation with the place of business at 318 Brea Canyon Rd City of Industry

("Qupid Inc." or "Sponsor").
Eligibility
No purchase necessary. To be eligible to enter, you ("Entrant") must be a
legal U.S. resident 18 years of age or older. Employees, friends, and family of Qupid Inc. and East Lion Corporation, are
not eligible to enter. This Giveaway is void where prohibited.
By participating in the Giveaway, Entrant represents and warrants that
he/she has read and understood, and fully and unconditionally agrees to and
accepts, these Official Rules and that the decisions of the Sponsor are
final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. Winning any prize
is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. By
participating in the Giveaway, Entrant consents to disclosure of his or her
name, Instagram handle, email, and address should Entrant win a prize.

Winner Selection
Winner Selection
The Giveaway begins December 11, 2018, at 4:00 pm PST and ends on December 13, 2018 at 4:00 PM PST (the "Giveaway Period").
Qupid Inc., a representative, will select one winner at random from all valid
entries each day during the Giveaway Period. This selection will take place
on December 13, 2018.
Winner must respond within (48) hours of notification or failure to comply
with any terms and condition of these "Official Rules" may result in
disqualification, and an alternate winner will be chosen for the next
submission as determined by the representative. Winner must release their
Instagram handle to the public. Winner will be announced via Instagram
Stories @qupidshoes.
Prize Details
One winner shall receive one pair of shoes each (excluding clearance items) from
Qupid.com (depending on availability). Free pair excludes Blonde Ambition
shoes. Qupid Inc. cannot guarantee the availability of the style chosen.
Participants must live in the US.
Winner will be selected at random.
Additional Provisions
The laws of California govern these Official Rules. Entrant agrees
that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or
connected with this Giveaway, or any prizes awarded or not awarded shall be
resolved solely individually, without resort to any form of class action lawsuit,
and exclusively in the federal and state courts in the County of Los Angeles in the City of Industry, California. All issues and questions concerning the construction,
validity, interpretation, or enforceability of these Official Rules, or the
rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the
Giveaway shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws
of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or
conflict of law rules that would result in the application of the laws of
any other jurisdiction.
Qupid Inc. reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Giveaway if
any problem prevents the Giveaway from being conducted as planned.
By submitting an entry, entrant agrees to release and hold Qupid Inc.,
harmless from and against any claim associated with the Giveaway.
By submitting an entry, entrant agrees to receive promotional emails from
Qupid Inc.
Qupid Inc. is not responsible and cannot be held liable for technical
errors or anything that may prevent the Giveaway from being conducted as
planned.
Qupid Inc. reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of
equal or greater value if the advertised prize is not available.
