What is your return and exchange policy?

  • Doesn't fit? No problem! Returns are accepted within 30 days of the ship date and must be in brand new, unworn condition with the original packaging and a shipping box to protect the shoe box. **All clearance items are final. We encourage customers to place a new order to secure inventory of the style, color, and size that they are looking for. 

How much do shipping and returns cost?

  • Free shipping on all orders over $50 or $10 Flat Rate Ground Shipping, within the contiguous United States. (Unless specified during special promotion periods. How long will it take to receive my order?

  • For standard shipping, please allow 5 to 9 business days to receive your order. The first business day starts the day after the order has shipped. With 2nd day delivery, orders placed before 3 pm PST will arrive on the second business day, and overnight orders placed before 3 pm will arrive on the next business day. Please note that there are additional costs for overnight and 2nd day shipping. 

How do I track my order?

  • Check your inbox for a shipping confirmation email that has your tracking number on it. You can also sign in to your account. Once you have signed in, you will be able to view your order information, order status, and tracking information. You can also track your order by clicking here

Can Qupid ship internationally?

  • Yes. We currently ship worldwide to over 70 countries. Shipping rates will be determined at checkout. 

What if I didn't get any confirmation emails from Qupid?

  • You should receive an email after you place an order and you will receive another email once your order has shipped. Once you place your order and again when your order ships.

  • You might also check your spam folder.

  • You may confirm that your order has been processed by signing in to your account. Once you have signed in, you will be able to view your order information, order status, and tracking information.

How can I change or cancel my order?

  • Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.

Is it safe to use my credit card with Qupid?

  • Qupid takes precautions to protect your credit card information. Our website uses 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption software on pages where customers enter personal information such as their name, address, and credit card information. While on a page using SSL, you may notice a lock or key icon on the bottom status bar of your browser window. This icon indicates that SSL encryption is active. What if I forget my password?

  • No problem. You can quickly set up a new one. Visit the "My Account" page and enter the email address you used when you signed up with Qupid. Click on "Forgot your password?" and we'll email you a link to set up a new one. You'll be back online in no time.

Will Qupid charge sales tax on my purchase?

  • Sales tax will only be charged to residents living in California, all other locations will be exempt from taxes.

Can I combine coupon codes?

  • Coupon codes cannot be combined. One coupon code per transaction. All coupon codes will be disabled when we run site-wide sales with automatic discounts during checkout. 

Can I use coupon codes on sale items? 

  • No, sale items are already discounted. Unless otherwise specified.
