•    If we shipped the wrong or defective item, please select “Wrong Item Shipped” or “Defective Item” and then select “Refund”. Once we receive the items, we will issue you a refund through the original form of payment.

 •    If we shipped you a defective item please select “Defective Item” and then select “Refund”. Once we receive the items, we will issue you a refund through the original form of payment.

•    If we shipped you the wrong item or if the item was defective, there will be no charge for a shipping label.

•    We will no longer accept direct exchanges. We recommend that you request a refund and then place a new order if you want an exchange.  

•    For all Returns, there will be an $8 flat rate a shipping label. $8 will be deducted from your refund once we receive the items.

•    If we shipped you the wrong item or if the item was defective, there will be no charge for a shipping label.

•    Please note that all items must be returned in new/unworn condition with all of its original packaging including all paperwork, parts and accessories with tags attached.

•    Please note that all clearance/sale items, gift cards, and international orders are FINAL SALE.  

•    We do not accept items from other retailers. If you purchased the shoes through another retailer please be sure to contact their     customer support on how to go about returning or exchanging items.
